Jonathan Cecotto and Frederick Schandorff have been successful at Jerez de la frontera, winning Race One of the European Final on the Friday. Unfortunately in Race Two they had to retire at the 2nd lap of the race, due to a technical failure.

Saturday for the World Finals, Cecotto-Schandorff won Race 1, in front of the #101 Car of Sandy Mitchell and Andrea Amici, battling for the victory during the last 20 minutes of the race!

Sunday's World Finals Race 2, saw Mitchell-Amici arrive 1st at the finish line, with Cecotto-Schandorff right behind in second position. At this point, both teams achieved the same points during World Final Race one and two, and the win went to Frederick Schandorff, for having won most races throughout the year in the SuperTrofeo Series. In 2nd position, the duo of Mitchell and Amici. Jonathan Cecotto in 3rd position.

"It was an incredible feeling to be back on the highest step of the podium, after not racing a lot this year. My team mate was fantastic and the team put it all together to give us everything they had for this race. Thank you to all my team, my sponsors and all the family and friends that supported me."
