Round 6 ADAC Formula 4

7 weeks after the thrilling MotoGP race at Sachsenring, it was the Formula 4 turn to race on the German circuit. Unfortunately, it was a very hard weekend for the young Venezuelan driver. Qualifying didn't start at its best, being able to qualify only P16 and P18.

In Race 1 he lost some positions in the first corners but then was able to catch up finishing in 14th position. Race 2 he had a not so good start and lost many positions. Due to the continues safety car interruptions he was not able to recover positions and ended P22.

Race 3, Jonathan was aiming to arrive in the points starting from 14th position. He had a good start and was battling for the 10th position when he got pushed out by another driver, forcing him to pass the gravel bed. He came back on track nearly last. At 9 minutes to the end he had a big collision while overtaking another car, causing him to retire. "Another weekend to forget. My qualifying was not so good and I also made a mistake at the start of Race 2. I was unlucky in Race 3, I have a lot of points to catch up in the last 2 race weekends of the season."
